What requires our written permission

Trademarks
NiTi Brush™ is the brand name under which HANS KOREA CO.,Ltd. markets its titanium (nickel-titanium) brush for peri-implantitis. It is used as an unregistered mark, indicated by ™; it is not a registered trademark and the ® symbol is not used with it.
Ssakssuri (싹쓸이), the Korean name of the instrument, is a trademark registered to HANS KOREA CO.,Ltd. with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (registration no. 40-1797538, Class 10, registered 9 November 2021). The HANS Korea name and logo identify the company.
None of these names, nor the logo, may be used by any third party — on products, packaging, listings, websites, advertising or documents — without our prior written consent, and none of them may be used to name or describe a similar device made by anyone else.
All other company names, product names, trademarks and logos referred to on this site — including those of our authorised distributors and of the publishers cited on the Clinical evidence page — are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to identify those companies and their products, and their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Clinical photographs, radiographs and case series shown on this site were produced in the course of treatment by the clinicians credited alongside them, and are published here with their permission. Copyright in those images remains with the respective clinicians or their institutions. All clinical images are published in anonymised form and contain no information that identifies an individual patient.
